terms and policies

Licensing. All of our therapists are licensed by New York State.
Cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged 35% of the full service value. In the event of a 'no-show', you will be charged 50% of the full service value.
Injuries. Please inform the therapist at the start of the session so they can accommodate any contraindications the injury my present.
Arrival. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service.
Gift Cards. Available for purchase and they never expire.
