The Luminous Pause: A Ritual For Rest, Radiance & Realignment

Join Kia Islam for a Luminous Pause; a mid summer follow up to our Summer Solstice Gathering, we return to the garden home in the peak of summer to reflect, rejoice, and realign with rest. Through summers excitement and high energy celebrations we will gather to rejoice in spaciousness and stillness. This gathering is designed to be restful and regenerative - a space to both awaken and soften. The practice includes a meditative journey through somatic movement, breathwork, journaling and an immersive soundbath.

All bodies and experience levels are warmly welcome. Cozy support will be provided, but if you’d like to bring any other prop to support your practice please do! Space is limited for maximum comfort. Hosted in the beautiful Garden House, a backyard oasis at Life Wellness Center in the heart of Bedstuy, Brooklyn.
