We are getting ready for “Sunday Soundbaths”
It is the second time we welcome these frequencies in collaboration with Brooklyn’s LWC, guiding you through a rich, healing sound journey of the heart space with crystal singing bowls and guided somatic meditation.
You are warmly invited to bring your own cushion (and perhaps a sheepskin/ cozy blanket/ yoga mat) so you can settle in comfortably.
Reclining chairs will also be available for those who prefer them, though seating is limited. Arriving early will give you time to find the spot that feels right for you.
